Our Orchid, February 2008
I thought I'd share a few photos of our orchid. You have to love orchids to deal with them. All year long you take care of them, and you get nothing. You care for a plant that's really not all that appealing to look at. But then, once a year, it will send up a spray of flowers, and you get this. It makes it all worth it.

They're beautiful, Bill. I am sure I have mentioned my father's greenhouse to you before. You'de love it, and you and my dad would probably talk orchids for hours.
I will try to remember to take some pictures of it soon. The way things are developing around here, there is a chance I could end up living with my folks for a while, so I would have ample time to take pictures then!
